You retain ownership of any data you submit (collection records, wishlists, scanned images). By using the Service, you grant PokeBinder a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
PokeBinder is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeBinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate pricing information.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings, which will permanently remove your data from the Service.
